From beginning to the end, RPI was very helpful. Ashley was great advocating for me, and Tiffany was extremely helpful communicating with me. Walid was the lead technician. I felt like I could trust him not only to effectively do the work but also to tell me the truth about the process. Despite the difficult situation, I felt assured that the job would be done properly. I’ve gotten to work with Carlos and the whole team and there isn’t anyone better in the industry than the team restorative pros. From the inside team to the field team everyone is extremely professional and efficient at what they do. They found more water damage than what was originally seen on the initial visit. I was impressed with the prompt response through Ms. Kira. In these times my experience has been to wait on technical help because they are, perhaps, occupied. Anyway, Ms. Kira promised technician would visit and he did. I was not at the site when Mr. Carlos came, but he was savvy enough to follow instructions to inspect the impacted areas and provide a comprehensive pdf report via email. Ms. Kira followed up well.
